Commercial pressure washing

Clean storefronts, walkways and common areas that make a good first impression on customers and residents.

For businesses, property managers and HOAs

We clean retail centers, offices, restaurants, apartment communities and HOA common areas. One property or several, one-time or on a regular schedule.

Working around your business

Ask about early-morning, evening or weekend scheduling so the work doesn't get in the way of customers or residents.

Gum, paint and oil removal

Stains a regular wash can't handle, removed from sidewalks, floors, parking lots and loading areas.

Gum removal

Flattened gum turns into black spots that a regular wash leaves behind. We remove gum from sidewalks, storefront entrances, walkways and plazas so the concrete looks clean again.

Paint removal

Dried paint spills and tracked-in paint build up on warehouse floors, loading areas and parking lots. We clear the residue from the concrete. Results depend on the type and age of the paint, and we'll check it with you before we start.

Oil stain removal

Oil drips and tire marks darken parking spaces, drive-thrus and fuel station pads. We treat and wash the stains to lift as much as possible. Fresh stains usually come out well; deep, old stains can often be lightened a lot but may not disappear completely.
