House washing in Houston
Low-pressure soft washing that removes mildew, algae, pollen and dirt from your siding without forcing water behind it.
Why soft washing for siding
High pressure can drive water behind siding, chip paint and etch soft surfaces like stucco. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution that breaks down mildew and algae, so it rinses away cleanly and stays away longer than a rinse alone.
What to expect
Before we start, we rinse nearby plants and check windows, doors and outdoor outlets. We apply the cleaning solution from the bottom up, let it work, then rinse everything from the top down. When we're done, we walk the house with you.
Shaded walls and the north side of a house usually show the most growth in Houston's humidity. If yours is starting to look green or gray, it's a good time to wash.

Questions about house washing
Is soft washing safe for my siding?
Yes. Soft washing uses about the same pressure as a garden hose, so it's safe for vinyl, painted surfaces, stucco and brick.
How long does a house wash take?
Most single-family homes take a few hours, depending on size, height and how much growth there is. Your quote will give you an estimate.
Do you clean windows too?
A house wash rinses the outside of windows along with the siding, but it isn't a detailed window cleaning. Ask about window cleaning when you request your quote.
